Meditation is definitely a marathon and not a 100 meter sprint to instant Calm. When you take your meditation, day by day, learning a skill that takes a little time and a little practice, where the benefits are not in the meditation itself but how you feel outside of your meditation practice, in your daily routines.
Where some days you will rock your meditation, and other days the mind will just wander and wander and wander. And to know thats ok. Where one day, not so far away, the mind learns to become less distracted and you will feel the moment of Calm.
